Conceived by the ARD Intelligence des Patrimoines program, in conjunction with the teams of the Domaine national de Chambord, La Boussole: Scientific walk in Chambord, is a new augmented visit application to find your way around and immerse yourself in nature, by discovering the history and landscapes of Chambord.La Boussole invites you to (re) discover Chambord through twenty-one points of interest, enriched with new high-quality content, made fun and accessible through interactive experiences.
It guides the walker through personalized thematic routes, generated by a multi-criteria algorithm, taking into account the users needs, desires and constraints.
These routes are designed around five main themes:• Chambord & its domain• New look at Chambord• Biodiversity & Environment• Manage & control the water• The unavoidableThe application La Boussole: Promenade scientifique à Chambord is co-owned by six institutions, including the University of Tours and the Domaine national de Chambord.
It was developed by the Ambition-Research-Development Intelligence des Patrimoines program and funded by the Center-Val de Loire Region.
